For the remainder of the topic it cannot be summoned, or weilded, and is treated as destroyed. Poisons' that once coated this item are turned into a yellow mist that is absorbed by Cadmon; mixing itself into his body. Any spell that would damage the opponent now inflicts them with the effects of the poison as a bonus, while still fulfilling the original spell's purpose. [spell modification.]

Weapons are equipped with a poison type in their approval. It just depends on what weapon I choose to forfeit over.
It lasts for the entire topic since my weapons are destroyed for the entire topic. The poison targets what the spell targets or hits.
