Ability Name: Battle Strike
Ability Type: Melee
Ability Cost: N/A
Ability Cooldown: 2 Posts
Ability Element: Metal
Ability Description: Amelia stands above the opponent and delivers a slow but brutal overhead blow with her sword to him/her, dealing massive Metal damage. If the target is affected by a control power (stunned, proned, blinded, etc.), this attack does double damage and releases the effects.

To be honest, you can have a 2 to three post cool down for this
