Conditions: Dusk; Clear and Windy

“If the participants would please pick heads or tails, kupo!~” the fluttering moogle would say, flipping a small coin into the air.

Stepping on to the field, the songstress had to tie up her long hair. The intense winds caused by the twisters present were going to be a nuisance, surely. But perhaps she could work them to her advantage. Looking to the moogle that some ways off, she smiled at it.

"Heads, please!~ I intend for one to roll, today," she said with a cheery tone.

The moogle returned to the field in a shimmering patch of warped space, quietly fluttering beside the songstress. With a hand raised in her direction, the moogle made it's announcement. "This concludes the third and final round of this bracket. Combatant Tsumiko has been declared the victor, kupo!~ Congratulations!"

Tsumiko wins T5: Round Three by default.
