Ability Description:
** Blast nearby enemies with an explosion of ice that shoots out and strikes in a 10 yard radius. Causes cold damage. Those within a 3 yard radius are frozen in time for one post.
Shatter - A frozen enemy has a chance of releasing another Frost Nova, their body being the epicenter of the second blast.
Frozen Mist - When an enemy is hit, Frost Nova leaves behind a mist of frost that chills enemies and deals slight damage that lingers for one post.
Deep Freeze - In the instance that the initial casting of Frost Nova damages more than one enemy, they are slowed for 2 posts.
Bone Chilling- An enemy that receives cold damage from this spell will receive a moderate debuff to their DR.
