Ability Description: A spell combining practicality with functionality, Frost Bullet can only be used by channeling mana through any firearms that sebastian possesses, the mana converting whatever payload the bullet would have had into a small amount of air that is chilled to nearly absolute zero. If the bullet is empty and somehow still loaded within the firearm, this spell will instead fill the bullet with the aforementioned chilled air, sealing it off in the process to be used again. This spell can be left unused within a firearm for three posts, after which the magic within it fades away, leaving the bullet empty and useless. Upon firing, this spell launches a blast of freezing cold air, immediately freezing whatever moisture was in the air immediately in front of him, creating a rather weak barrier that is his height and width. However, he can also use this to quickly freeze parts of the environment. It should be noted however that this ice is for all intents and purposes normal ice if used to freeze the environment, and opponents with high enough agility could easily maneuver on it.
