How do you mean +2 MAG? If that's meant to represent an increase magic prowess, I must inform you that this is too much by far. +2 Magic is an entire tier of power. Moreover, magic is a statistic that is not derived from natural talent but knowledge, and progression of that statistic represents accrued knowledge regarding magic. As such weapons, armor, abilities and skills can not increase magic. However, they can increase Magic Power or something of the sort, which would be an aspect of the spells you cast.

For future convenience, as I can tell according to your very ordered and well-defined skill tree that you are not a novice and likely come from a combat system that is more numerical, I would like to note for you the following: it will be more beneficial for you to use literary descriptors regarding your abilities. While numbers are important to generalized definition of capabilities here, there is an emphasis on the creative aspect of writing which does extend to combat. I would suggest a moderate increase to Magic Power, or perhaps even an extension to the duration of Spells (not Skills) that have one.
