White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Lenneth Thu Jun 18, 2015 4:36 pm

The kid seemed a little out there for any kind of comfort to be felt around him but pressing is tension away Lenny kept up his spot, wouldn’t do any good to blow his cover now. The pale child didn’t seem like a threat or at least wasn’t showing it enough but it was difficult to discern. His kind held no heart and no wave of emotions for Lenny to feed off from or to feel out their inner most sensitives which left no advantage when dealing with them, it was unnerving to have a wild card. Tsumi didn’t waste any time comforting the boy much like she did with himself, it must have been a maternal thing or just a clever act to be so claim and warm to a stranger. Not moments ago she was in sheer terror at the unknown heights and lost for their previous companions but here she presented a painted on smile and carefree laughs in loo. Lenny smiled back at the songstress though with a lot less joyfully energy and his worries clearly displayed.

“We’d best try to make sure his alright first and keep moving forward. I’m not sure if he is strong enough to climb up or down back in that large abyss back there so our best chance is to keep moving.”

Moving again Lenny slowly walked past the two of them and headed towards the door on the other side of the hall, brushing in the cautionary air to his steps while proceeding. There weren’t many reactions from there to here and the door towered just within an arm’s reach now. Holding out his palm Lenny lightly pushed on the surface of the door, twitching to pull back the moment something happened but nothing did. He pushed and pushed with his given might that his role allowed but still the heavy frames held fast and kept their secretes away.

“Locked” Len whispered as he back peddled a little while examining the towering gate. This wouldn’t do them any good other then waste time playing these games. Sighing in discomfort there was really only one thing he could do for them. Holding both of is little hands out Lenny conjured his key back, though this time holding its hilt with improperly grip as it weighed down his little body, him nearly falling over while the heartless tried to hold it Lenny managed some sort of angle for it to pointed at the lock, using his whole body as leverage to keep it steady. A few seconds after the dark blade shimmered in lights as it pierced the door with its magic and the towering locks cracked open, bushing a quick jet of air at them as the room opened.

The key vanished with Lenny standing back up normal again, without turning back to see his allies the boy’s head just titled forward as if he were looking at the ground. “ …Please don’t tell anyone…” he spoke before moving forward to see the inside of this new location.  Between the door frames he stood, not wanting the risk of entering another trap so soon but what the dark prince saw there wasn’t far from dangerous. A large white room square on all sides with tons of open space, littered along were couches, sinks, tables and shelves flied with papers tomes, even some plants…or rather ceramic fakes ones as the walls themselves.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

The Nobody simply stared at the woman's offered hand, trying to figure out what she was eluding to. What did that mean? Was she giving him something? Raziel didn't see anything there, and that's what confused him. For a while, he just continued to sit there, until finally it seemed to click in his brain all at once. Gently taking her hand, his red eyes met her blue silver ones. His palms were smooth, baby soft, but at the same time, cooler than a normal human being's. "Tsumiko..." he repeated the name softly, allowing her to help him stand. Briefly teetering on his feet, he held out his arms to regain his balance before placing them back at his sides. Maybe now, he wouldn't have to be alone. These people could show him the way out--if there was one. A path to his freedom.

Carefully turning around, still holding onto the girl's hand, he watched as the smaller boy approached the other pair of golden doors. The girl, Tsumiko, had introduced him as well.... his name... what was it again? "Sitri..." he repeated out loud. Sitri began pushing on the door, repeating the very same action he himself had done so many times. Of course, it didn't budge an inch.

What happened next, was rather strange. The child conjured some sort of weapon into his hands, one that was almost too big for him to even hold. It looked like a giant key. Narrowing his eyes slightly, he got this sense of wariness in its presence, but the Nobody could not really comprehend its meaning. With this key, Sitri was able to unlock the door, revealing the room within. Inside appeared to be some kind of lounge area... and still white. Nothing too impressive, but the fact there were a few new things in this new room made Raziel wonder. The boy had yet to release Tsumiko's hand. In fact, he'd forgotten he was even holding it. If she tried to pry him off, it would probably feel like squeezing out between the grasp of a stone statue.

Tsumiko smiled at the pale boy when he spoke her name, helping him to his feet. Even after he was standing and steady, though, he didn't let go of her hand. Not that she minded, it was just strange. He didn't seem like the quickest of thinkers, so perhaps he just didn't think about it...

“That's right~” the songstress said to him with an encouraging nod after he spoke their names. With a soft smile, she made to ask him what his name was, but her attention drifted with his to where Sitri was, pressing against the door. It was in a vane attempt, though, as the door, no matter how the blonde's frame pushed, didn't budge an inch. Tsumiko stepped forward to try and help him, but was stopped by the hand that still held hers tight. For a strange reason, she felt like an adult that held the hand of a child.

Brushing that thought aside, she paused and stared as Sitri summoned to his hand a key-shaped weapon. In comparison to the boy, it was almost to big for him to even lift up. In his hand was the Keyblade, a weapon similar to Terra's own, which he used to unlock the door before them. “What in the...” She didn't even think about it before, but Tsumiko then thought of the door in which they just entered through. All of them so far in the castle had been locked, and yet when she appeared, that one was not. And she highly doubted that the pale boy beside her would have been laying on the floor if there was a way out of the hall. Did Sitri unlock that one, too?

She wasn't upset, or mad, or anything like that, merely surprised, curious. Why did he keep it a secret? He acted as though it weren't something to be proud of. From what Tsumiko understood, Keyblades were weapons of power that weren't easy to come by. Shouldn't he be proud in that fact..? Then again, the songstress didn't know mucg about the blonde, and so pegged it as something in his history he didn't enjoy.

Through the now open doors, Tsumiko could see into the next room. It was as blinding as the halls, but within was some sort of lounge area. Turning to the by whose hand still held hers, she tugged on it and pulled him towards the room and Sitri, who stood in the doorway. “What's your name?” she asked with a gentle tone and smile.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Awaiting his companions the little prince of darkness turned around to see them having their own little interactions with the hand holding, don’t think the boy knew when a lady wanted some time away. It didn’t matter but it was kinda humors, cracking a slight laugh at them before he entered the room.  There didn’t appear to be too much here that seemed dangerous, walking along nothing seem to trigger a trap or random person dropping out of the sky at them. Whimsical and acting with a small sense of wonder Stiri would also gaze upwards into the room, twirling around at the space that it held to itself, it was large room for the tiny child to see, lots of free open air and white around to make a few houses owners envious of the retail. Hoping up he planted that little cute booty on top of a couch to see if it were real, sure enough it was a comfy old piece of furniture though a little dusty as it flew across his face upon landing. Lenny coughed for a bit before waving it away.

Getting up he turned to the shelves of paper tomes they may hold some sort of information about this place after all. The names though weren’t very inspiration for that goal “How to clean your metal in thirty days and have it shine forever” “ Beauties of the beat-sport edition”  “The Grim tales of pete fandango” and so on the titles went from basic for dummies guide to want seemed like fairy tales.  They  wren’t going to be much use right now as far as Lenneth was concerned.  Moving along there were other smaller things around to take note, one of which seemed to catch his eyes as he ran towards it.

With a curious tilt and a itching hand little Len reached over to the tap and turned the nob to the right waiting but not for long as a steady stream of water seemed to pour itself out. He played with it a bit to see if it was real, splashing itself on him like a kitty seeing a toy. It seemed cool enough and looked clear but eh who knew. Forming a small cup with some light hearted darkness lenny got a sample of water before turning off the tap, rushing back over to the pale kid he offered the drink to hopefully revieltize him.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Raziel Tue Jun 23, 2015 4:46 am

Raziel obediently followed Tsumiko into the next room, watching the way her hair swayed as she walked. These people were so colorful, in clothes and personality. It made the Nobody wonder about himself. Compared to them, he could see just how bland he was. Why was that? What made him so different? The way they spoke, how their faces moved, and the cute noises they made... laughing, right? Raziel did not know how they did it. He had a feeling that he used to know, but for some reason it was beyond his reach. Now, he just felt empty. It took him a little longer than it should have to realize that the girl was talking to him, asking about his name. For a moment, he just stared at her, loss for words. What was his name? He did have one, didn't he? What if he didn't? Then what could he tell her? Closing his eyes, his thoughts drifted back to that reoccurring dream, the one where he heard the voice of a girl screaming. What was it she had said again?

"Ra...zi..." he struggled with it at first, trying to get the words out that he wanted. He met Tsumiko's gaze. "Raziel." he finally said, clearly.

The smaller of the two approached him, offering him a dark glass of water to drink. It was then that he finally released Tsumiko's hand to take the cup between both of his own. Raziel didn't do anything at first, simply stared at the water that looked back at him silently. A tiny orange fish appeared, covered from head to tail with white stripes, but when he blinked, the creature vanished, leaving no trace of its existence behind. Was it even there to begin with or just another illusion? He had to assume the latter. Bringing the water to his lips, he drank deeply until it was all gone. It was a nice feeling as the sweet coolness slithered down his throat and into his belly, and yet; the entire process seemed so unnatural to the Nobody. He had a feeling that this had never happened before. Raziel wasn't sure what to do with the cup once he finished, so he just held on it for now. Seems like he wanted to hold onto everything he touched.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Tsumiko Wed Jun 24, 2015 11:10 pm

As Tsumiko walked into the room, her attention was on the pale boy. At first, his expression was so vacant, but he soon registered that she was speaking to him. But even then, he had to think about it, the cogs turning in his mind. Her brows knitted together in concern. Was he having that much trouble remembering his own name? The sound of coughing caught her attention and the songstress looked over to Sitri. He plopped onto a couch and stirred up some dust.

“Careful Sitri. Everything is probably pretty neglected,” she said to him, watching as he got up to go inspect the bookshelf. It was at that point that the songstress heard the teen beside her start to piece together a word. It came out slow, but he announced his name as Raziel. She beamed at him, for some reason feeling rather proud that he remembered his name. From what she could tell, it wasn't all that easy. “That's a nice name, Raziel,” she said with a gentle smile, repeating his name to she could better remember it.

Shortly after, little Sitri came over bearing a cup full of water which he handed to the teen. Tsumiko's hand was released as he reached out to take the cup and drink all its contents. ”He must have been thirsty...” she thought to herself with a small grin, taking this chance to look around the room again. With her hand now freed, she began to wander a bit. In the corner of the room, a tall tree-like plant caught her interest.

It's leaves were still green, so it was with well taken care of or magically enhanced to survive on its own. Stepping closer, she wondered if someone actually was taking care of it. If so, who? Standing before it, she reached out gentle fingers and stroked one of the leaves. “Plastic...?” she whispered to herself. Well, that would have also been another possible solution, she supposed.

Somewhat disappointed, the songstress turned back around to see what the boys were up to as she thought. What were they going to do now? From what she could tell, this place didn't seem to follow normal logic, and was seemingly constructed at random. For all their sake's, she hoped that they found a way out soon. The only way to go from here, however, was back, and into the room with the blocks. She didn't see anymore door in here. And for whatever reason, she doubted that it's have a secret exit to the outside, considering how far up they've climbed. But perhaps that, too, was an illusion created by the white walls...

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Lenneth Fri Jun 26, 2015 11:38 pm

Goodness that white hair fellow was indeed thirsty from the looks of it, drinking the entire glass of water in a large large gulp before their very eyes, Stiri had reached out hoping he didn’t choke gulping that down so quickly but he looked fine.  He was well enough to even offer his name to them, Raziel though it felt like he had some trouble trying to get it out who knows how long this nobody had spent here or if he was even born into this world of white.  This castle posed more and more question with each secret that had uncovered and the answer they sought seemed further away  out of their reach and something was pulling on their strings like puppeteer fools.  The strange white one then held the cup firmly in his hand like it was his new friend, questions the intent. Lenny tired to lean in and jester for it to come back but he thought against it and started to walk back to the sink anyways, not like he couldn’t make another cup, more water might do him so good.

Strolling backing Lenny kept an eye out about this room as harmless as it seemed there had to be something more here right? it was a difficult place to get to for just being a waiting area though they just have back luck with the secretly system of this place. He then noticed something odd along the way as the water poured out from the tap, there was a thick shadow underneath on the floor just next to him and faintly without noticing before there was a light tapping from the direction there too. Taking to notice that both the girl and her new friend were a little busy being all cozy Stiri turned his attention down at that wall.

Leaning into it with his little air the heartless prince kept still while trying to hear things a little better, the tapping was indeed there but something else sounded like it was there causing the motions. Pushing himself all the heartless just started to learn further in the wall, barley making any sort effort before as he displayed the youth he played but soon would he transfer over to a greater deal of force. With luck he guessed correctly and the wall slowly creaked open into a push door, slamming outwardly as the air and dust blew across Stiri face. And with it a swarm of white shells racing past him wiggling along the air and landing around the room, dusks simple nobodies remains of strong heartless born foot soldiers for their cousin kin. Waiting the white ones simple moved in rhythm as they looked upon the three of intruders before screeching and charging at them with their claws ready slap us silly.

The pale boy watched Sitri as he wandered around the room, poking here and there, or at least, that's what it looked like to him. Tsumiko seemed to be doing a little bit of her own investigating, touching the strange plant in the corner of the room, the only thing that seemed to give any sort of life to the ivory cube. The Nobody observed them as he continued to hold the dark cup. This was all so new, and he wasn't really sure how to deal with it. Judging from the other two, however, the right thing to do would be to inspect everything he could see.

Watching his feet, he moved to one of the sinks where the smallest of his companions had obtained water. He turned the facet, repeating what Sitiri had done earlier, and placed both of his hands under the cascade of aqua. A sigh escaped his lips as the cool rush glided over his skin, gentle kisses up and down. This felt right... this was where he was meant to be, but it wasn't enough. Cupping a small bit of the refreshing liquid into his palms, he splashed it against his face, wetting the front of his shirt and sleeves in the process. Raziel did that for a while, slapping his face over and over again with water until he almost soaked his entire torso. It didn't matter to him how silly it looked. All he knew was how nice the water felt, and he didn't want to stop. If only the sink was a little bigger, then he'd stick his entire body inside. While playing around, the essence of a memory flashed before his eyes. The teen froze, scratching the bottom of the porcelain surface, slick and smooth. No, this wasn't right. The texture was all wrong. It needed to be soft, gritty. For only an instant, he had the memory, caught between the tips of his fingers, but it was lost as quickly as it was found, leaving not a trace of its existence in Raziel's fragile mind. In days to come, he would remember, but right now, his body was still trying to adjust in this new state.

A touch of cool air caught his attention, causing him to finally raise his wet head from the sink. Sitri had found a passageway, and it wasn't empty. Backing away from where he was, the Nobody saw strange creatures emerge from the darkness. As he gazed upon their white wiggling bodies, he felt like there was something familiar about them. They obviously did not think the same of him, however, as they came charging at him with ill intent. Sharp claws dug into his chest, causing him to cry out and stumble a few steps backwards. The same Dusk spun around, ready to make another pass at the boy. Something changed, or perhaps, clicked is the better word to use. Raziel didn't know what happened. As the fiend came at him again, his body suddenly gained a mind of its own. Quick as lightning, the pale teen drew a strange set of daggers from his side. The hilts jingled with with an assortment of lovely shells, all tied together by fish netting. Lifting one dagger above his head, he unleashed a bolt of blue electricity towards the offending Nobody, striking it from existence. Although he wanted to stop and nurse his wound, his body would not allow him, staying tense and on edge. Danger was on his mind, and he could not afford to relax now. That much he could remember. Fight or flight, and today he was choosing to fight. Still, the pain was going to be distracting.

"Hurts..." he grunted, squinting his eyes as another pang was felt.

Thunder - Raziel raises one of his daggers, using it as a conductor for his spell before directing it to strike down from above on his target. Cool down  2 Posts

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Tsumiko Wed Jul 01, 2015 3:01 pm

Tsumiko was lost in her musing, content on exploring what was in the room. The boys weren't up to anything in particular, Sitri was walking about and Raziel basking in the cool water of the sink. It was a bit amusing, causing her to grin to see it. With a short, quiet chuckle, she shook her head and turned her attention to the next closest thing; A low shelf with various odds and ends on it. Simple knick-knacks, really, covered in a thick layer of dust. It didn't take long, however, before her attention was torn away from her gazing.

A door slammed open, causing the songstress to jolt up and spin around. From a door that Sitri happened to find, several nobodies barged into the room. The empty shells known as dusks rushed them, prompting the blonde to give a warning to them. Tsumiko was already one step ahead, her attention fully on the two coming her way. With a cartwheel off to the side, she managed to dodge the two was they struck individually, one after the other. To the one that was closet, stunned as it reset its balance, Tsumiko spun a full 360 to build momentum, landing her heel in its head as she kicked it into the wall. It wasn't enough force to dispose of it, but it was damaged.

It was at that point that the loud boom of thunder startled her. The nobody that had charged Raziel was struck from existence. ”Well that seems easy enough...” she said, mocking herself for not thinking of it first. Seeing his injury made her want to end this little bout quickly. Jumping so that her back faced both the boys, not wanting to injure them, Tsumiko sucked in a deep breath, letting it out with a Sonar Blast. It quickly slammed the two dusks against the wall from the force. They both dissipated into nothingness shortly after. Quickly turning to face Raziel, a soft hum filled the ear and Raziel would be able to feel his wounds slowly healing. Her eyes turned to Sitri to ensure that he hadn't suffered any injury either. If he had, the songstress would also heal his wounds.

[Event]

As the Dusks Tsumiko disposed of vanished in a silver mist, an object was left behind. It was a sheet of paper, stained and wrinkled from age. At the top of the page was a heart shaped symbol, much like the ones found in Castle Oblivion, with the faded words "1st Report" underneath. Although, some of the writing on it would be hard to make out at first, the elegant cursive was not unreadable.

"The Land of Departure, the training grounds of the legendary guardians of light. As a child, I heard the tales of the warriors that fought the darkness, traveling among the stars in a shattered landscape. Throughout my life, oblivious to the strings of fate, my heart has been preparing me for this moment. The wheel of destiny moves in mysterious ways, spinning and turning in patterns we struggle to understand. To think, that I was chosen as a wielder of such a powerful weapon. Why? What makes me worthy to uphold the virtues of the light? Regardless, I shall wear this mantle with honor. Tomorrow, my training begins. I will become a Keyblade Master."

(soo sorrrry did not think it was my turn for the longest time ><)

The swarm of dusks flooded in soon after Lenny had saw them, flying higher above them before landing in their way and even going as far as striking at them with some strange intent. He didn’t quite understand them much, the final third halve of existence the nothingness lay in great mystery to the La Vaeas.  They were the ones that played with no one that often, mostly keeping to themselves in their own realm like everyone should have been and the humans didn’t seem to mind them as much quite as badly as the heartless. Though his kin were much more open about what they wanting the nobodies’ actions were all but left in the dark for everyone which in Len’s thoughts were even more dangerous.

The pale child was hit first, rolling away in pain before fighting back with surprise speed dispute the slower brain function she showed the trio earlier.  That fact he could fight back was strange and put lenny on edge for what he had in store for them, he’d need to figure things out again after this.

The dusks closest to Lenny finally took notice of the little heartless and made their own moves, quickly shooting at him at the little prince of darkness before wrapping their bodies around his slender frame. Remaining still it hit Len to react after his act and tried to struggle a bit before they took him down like coiling white snakes. The others attempted to then claw at his face and body while being bound however Len managed to roll and tuck in control to move across the floor and even tumble over quite a bit of enemies so far. Though he tripped over and flew flat on his face a flat on the floor, slamming it down before it turned red and beating with pain. But it was not in vain as a piece of power appeared in front of him were his eyes finally unglued themselves. A strange line of text that was on the bodies of one of the nobodies that the singer had dispatched and it proved enlighten so far. Reading its text the nobodies started to gather in greater numbers around him beating him down but to Len’s determination took the beating and withheld the suffering in order to properly mesmerize this strange text.

Hearing a gentle song flow through the air, the wounds that the Nobody had sustained began to mend thanks to the blue haired girl, and the pain quickly dulled. Raziel stared at Tsumiko, wondering how she had done that, before the sound of scurrying caught his attention. All the dusks that were left gathered around his smaller companion, clawing and biting at him. The boy had a little trouble seeing where the boy was from where he stood, the Nobodies blocking his vision. It was unknown to Raziel what had been left on the floor, what intrigued Sitri. His thoughts were pretty basic. The ivory monsters had hurt him. They were mean. He wanted them to go away, and he had seen that hitting them was the answer. Another flash of a memory came to him, and Raziel instinctively crossed his blades. As he recalled small bits of information from a past life, a ball of electricity began to form. With a soft grunt, he jerked them apart, releasing the orb towards the center of where the Nobodies gathered. Once it touched them, it would explode, causing lightning damage all around. How he did this, Raziel didn't know. It was strange how all of this was coming back to him, his body remembering more than his mind. The Electro Ball would weaken the Nobodies, but not completely destroy them. It would, however, possibly be enough to draw their attention away from Sitri.

Electro Ball – Raziel crosses his daggers, unleashing a ball of lightning towards the target for small damage. This creates a field of electricity in a 3 foot radius, catching anyone too close to the target and disorienting them for one post. (Cool down – 4 posts)

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Post by Tsumiko Sat Jul 25, 2015 1:02 pm

Tsumiko was rather pleased with her handiwork in dispatching the nobodies. But it seemed as though the work wasn't yet finished. After healing Raziel, a commotion stirred off to her side and the songstress turned to see that the nobodies has since turned on little Sitri. From one ally to the other. Did these things really not feel anything? With a less-than-pleased expression, Tsumiko made headway across the room to where the blonde was. As she did, an electric ball zoomed past her and shocked the dusks.

“Perfect. Now I can finish 'em off easy peasy.” she thought to herself with a grin. Stopping her run and readying her lungs for another concussive blow, it seemed as though the weakened nobodies didn't take kindly to the electrifying blast. Before Tsumiko could even fire the first blast, the slinky white creatures nabbed Sitri and began to run off. She couldn't figure out why he wasn't fighting back, but it seemed as though the attention he had on something else had something to do with it.

“N-No! Sitri!” Tsumiko called out, running after the little blonde and the dusks that took him. Through the door that had slammed open moments before, the moment they passed the threshold, it slammed closed, and with it, the only current means of opening it. The woman slammed a fist against the door, yelling out in exasperation. Turning her head to the side, a low growl escaped her lips. One by one, everyone she had met in this damned place was disappearing and it felt like there was nothing she could do to stop it. Tapping her head against the door, she stood here in a blank silence.

The only one left was Raziel. She could at least protect a single person, right? Who was she kidding? She wasn't cut out for th- What was that? One the floor where Sitri formerly was, an out of place piece of paper lay on the floor. Tsumiko picked up her head and walked over to it, a deep-seated curiosity eating at her. Was it what had the blonde so distracted before he was taken? What even was it? Bending over, she picked it up and read what was written.

And she was left with far more questions than answers. Land of Departure? Keyblade Master? It seemed like a journal entry of sorts, though who wrote it and when it was written were also unanswered questions. With a sigh, Tsumiko turned to face Raziel with a defeated sigh, shrugging with the paper in one hand. “So many questions, so few answers...” she sighed again and looked around. “But unfortunately, I think we're officially stuck, lost, and not the least bit safe. So keep on your toes. Kay?”

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Raziel's electro ball had done its job, causing the Nobodies to make a tactical retreat. Without warning, the ivory creatures slithered around the smallest of his companions, and swept him away behind the door they emerged, slamming it shut behind them. Just like that, Sitri was gone. The newborn Nobody watched as Tsumiko struck the door with her fist, watching the emotions flood through her. The red eyed boy remained quiet, observing the songstress and her reactions. She was distressed at losing Sitri, that was clear to see, and Raziel could understand that much. As for himself, nothing changed. He continued to feel hollow, completely empty. Raziel placed a hand on his chest, gripping the fabric of his shirt. What was missing? It was like he knew, and yet he was clueless.

His head jerked up as the girl spoke to him, holding a piece of weathered paper in her hand. When had she found that? He must have zoned out again while he was thinking. Lost, stuck, and unsafe. Why did his body quiver at that? Would he be trapped in these ivory halls forever? When he had met Tsu and Sitri, he thought that maybe they would be... well, he wasn't sure, but the words freedom came to mind, even if he didn't entirely understand what that meant, he did somewhere inside. He didn't want to stay here in this place anymore. Too long he'd been in this purgatory. Why couldn't he just leave? The blue waves, and soft white sands of his memories, that's what he thought about. That's where he wanted to go. It was out there, wasn't? There had to be more than just this.

"Trapped?" he muttered.

The Nobody lowered his daggers, slipping down to the floor, and onto his knees. The adrenaline fading from his veins, and sapping him of strength. The longer he continued to think about the outside, the more tired he felt. Something wasn't right. Suddenly, reality began to pulse and flicker in front of him, and he thought he saw a slither of black and white appear. In the next instance, the pieces formed together, creating a grey oval portal. Whatever could be seen on the other side was distorted, but it was enough to tell that it was a town at the very least. Raziel stayed where he was, tilting his head fraction to the side like a curious puppy. What was this, and where did it come from? He'd never seen anything like this before.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Tsumiko tipped her head to the side, a look of concern playing her face. Again, the pale boy in front of her seemed too absentminded for his own good. Folding the paper, she stuffed it into the pouch on her thigh with a silent sigh. Turning to reach out her hand to him, the songstress immediately retracted it when she heard him speak a single word. He fell to his knees after, and she was soon at his side. Placing a comforting hand on Raziel's shoulder, she was at a loss as to what she should do. She herself was getting frustrated with the situation, and the fact she couldn't make it any better. In fact, it seemed as though her presence was only making things worse... No, no she couldn't think like that...

Mentally shaking away the thoughts, her attention was suddenly drawn to the side. White and black tore at the fabric of space and formed together into a gray oval. What in the...? Slowly getting to her feet, Tsumiko's stare never broke from the strange form. It was unlike anything she'd ever seen before, and so was rather hesitant approaching it. But maybe it was...

“Raziel, did you do this?” she asked him, looking at the boy from over her shoulder. If it was, it just might be their ticket out of this strange place.

White Walls [Extremely Open] - Page 4 Empty Re: White Walls [Extremely Open]

Raziel rose back to his feet, casting the aqua haired girl a glance before slowly approaching the portal. There was something familiar about it, reminding him of the emptyness of this castle but more. It called to him, an answer to his wishes. The Nobody reached out, tracing carefully over the portal. Although black and white threads wrapped around his fingers, nothing was felt. Pressing deeper, the portal rippled at his touch, drawing him in closer, and causing his feet to skid slightly across the marble floor. Raziel froze, holding back. Should he go through or wait? No, he was tired of that. Too long he had been trapped in this place. This was his escape.

"Tsumiko..." he called out to her, telling himself to remember the girl's name. What if he forgot like he had so many other things? It was a risk he would have to take if he was to earn his freedom. Maybe he was moving from one prison to another, but doing nothing would give him no answers. Raziel allowed himself to be pulled through the portal, his body vanishing into the ribbons of black and white. The portal of nothingness remained open even after his departure.

Tsumiko caught the boy's gaze before he stepped towards the portal with a cautiousness. She had half a mind to stop him as he reached out to touch it, afraid that it might pose a danger to him. The songstress didn't know what she'd do with herself if yet another friend was lost due to her inattentiveness. Stepping to his side, she seen how the tendrils wrapped around his hand, sinking past the surface. It was then she began to get a vague grasp on what the strange gray anomaly was. It was their ticket out of that strange place.

It seemed as though Raziel subconsciously knew what to do, and pushed himself into the portal. Or was he being pulled..? Taking another look at him, Tsumiko seen how his feet gently slid across the floor. Did he not want to go through? He wasn't fighting back or struggling, didn't show any signs of fear or confliction. The pale boy before her, even if for only a moment, appeared sure of himself. In that moment, he wasn't lost. Tsumiko let it happen because of that, hearing him call to her before disappearing into the black and white folds of the portal.

With Raziel no longer in sight, the songstress stepped up to the gray mass. Reaching out a hesitant hand, her fingertips brushed upon the surface. Though she felt the slight resistance of whatever it was composed of, that was all she felt. It didn't have a texture, nor a temperature, or any other notable feature. The only thing that told Tsumiko that it actually existed was the fact that she could see it and the way her fingers pressed against it. As her fingers sank into it, the apprehension caught up to her, but it was a moment too soon. The monochrome tendrils wrapped around her hand, traveling up her arm as she was pulled closer. The songstress wanted to pull back, to guard herself from the unknown, but knowing that this was the first sure way out of the strange place. If she pulled back now, would it vanish? If she pulled back now, would she lose her only way home? No, she could stay her. Like Raziel, she wanted to get out and leave.

Taking a deep breath, Tsumiko swallowed her fears and pushed herself towards the gray mass, falling through the surface. Where it was taking her, she wasn't sure. She just hoped that it would be somewhere close to home...
