Summer Tournament: Zienna vs Zulu

“If the participants would please pick heads or tails, kupo!~” the fluttering moogle would say, flipping a small coin into the air.

"Well this is a nice and private place, isn't it? What do you say we skip the fighting and you come with me for a little fun time~?" the succubus asked, presenting herself at an angle that showed off her stature quite fully. "We can bruise each other up if you like."

Isis looked at their leader with hardly any surprise on her face, but offered no comment. She looked at Wolfram, who simply gave her a shrug before turning her attention back to the man they'd be fighting. A three on one didn't seem all that fair in any way, but then again, Zienna wasn't known to be playing it like that if she really wanted to win. For the time being, she and Wolfram both decided to wait for the man's reply, although they both knew they were giving away their first move incentive.

Then again, if Zienna was successful in charming the gunner with her offer, then this would be an easy win.

Zulu rubbed his chin as the temptress attempted to seduce him. "Alright. Seems like a fair enough deal. A little rest and relaxation would do me good."

Oh please, I know her type. We're gaining the advantage here.

Just get the Neoshadows and Mirrors in position. Pull them in through the other rooms.

Zulu lowered the gun, easing up his mechanical muscles, and to seem like less of a threat. "So, which way would we be going? And would your grey-haired friend over there be joining us? Honestly, I can pass on the big guy, if that's not much of a burden."

Alright, I got one of each of my minions in the rooms behind them and to the side. Just say when.

Chill out. Let's make this a surprise. Zulu coughed and held out his hand in front of him, palm facing up in an open gesture. "Want to see a little trick?"

Zienna smiled sweetly when the metal man requested Isis to join in on their private time. "Sure thing," she'd say as she grabbed Isis' wrist and dragged her along towards the man. Isis was hesitant, face flushed red and weakly attempted to wriggle her hand loose from Zienna' grip, but to no avail.

When Zienna got within twenty feet of their opponent, she felt his true intentions, however she didn't immediately react to it, preferring to see what he could be up to. He held out his hand and asked if they'd like to see a little trick, and Zienna responded by smirking. "Does it involve friends?" There was an undeniable tone of lust in her voice, which, along with the mention of other entities, made Isis both cautious and a little bit bashful.

Wolfram on the other hand prepped his ax, gripping it tightly. One could tell he was wound to strike at a moment's notice.

"You know, it's not nice to lie to girls~ But it's alright. If you come with us, you can show us some other tricks, if you know what I mean." Zienna chuckled as she pulled the Animus closer, and in a very suggestive manner, pulling one of the girl's leg up to her waist.

"Z-Z-Zienna!" Isis squeaked in surprise and embarrassment.

Smooth move, Casanova. She's on to us. Still going to play it off, or are we ending this now? Nyx was getting a little nervous, and with good reason. They were outnumbered, and as they heard before, this woman was a summoner, having summoned two of her lackeys in previous fights. Not at the same time, thankfully, but it was still a great disadvantage. Then again, they did manage to hold out against the Queen of Blood and her posse.

Zulu raised his hand and let go of his gun, letting it fall to the ground. This wasn't a sign of surrender however, as six Shock Charges were being constructed within his body at a rapid pace. The finished product then warped around the field, exploding with a myriad of nanites and shrapnel which was then used as a bridge to spread the deadly electrical charges. Four of those charges warped right behind Zienna and Isis, and the other two would appear behind Wolfram.

Before any of the charges detonated, Zulu quickly grabbed his gun, saving it from hitting the ground. He hopped back as two Neoshadows came from above and slashed at both Zienna and Isis, while the two ranged replicas of himself aimed and fired their Vixen replicas at Wolfram from his side and behind.

Zulu himself fired at the temptress, going directly for kill shots.

The gunner was attempting to distract them by faking surrender, but thanks to the succubus' senses, she got a signal out to Wolfram, who released a pulse of light that engulfed the whole party with protective energies, mitigating much of the damage they received from each individual charge, but the sheer number of them made it hurt nonetheless. Zienna couldn't get anywhere outside the area of the electricity, but she did manage to fling herself towards the attacker, twisting around to keep herself from getting hit.

Her hands were donning her clawed gloves and daggers, both of which were aflame with demonic fire, dark blue in color. She'd reach the man quite easily, and she began slashing at him, taking every opportunity to show off her superior flexibility. Each hit would shave off some of her enemies' life and spiritual forces, and stealing some for herself. "I want you to hurt me more~" she taunted the man with a smirk before slicing vertically upwards and backing off a few feet from the ceiling. Of all places, they had to place them in such a confined space. A real disappointment. Her enemy had an attack that covered a lot of ground, and it would be hard to avoid his bombings.

Isis followed Zienna, her Corite Blades charged with static. She was lagging behind as she was still recovering from the warping grenades. After Zienna was clear, the Animus thrusted her blades forward then spun to deliver two slashes across Zulu's body. Seeing that he was well in range still, she shot a jet of electrified vapor at him. However, she felt something claw at her Reaver from behind, and quickly spun to see a Neoshadow with a peculiar eye color. Zienna was quicker on her reaction and promptly stabbed the Neoshadow coming after her, and blew one of her charming kisses at him, aiming to gain an ally.

Wolfram struck the ground and spikes of metal and glass would have erupted underneath their enemy. The bullets would simply ping off of him, but to say he was unscathed would be a lie. The projectiles were born of darkness, so it still had an effect.

Stuff:

Zulu was engulfed in smoke as Nyx surged his dark energies into her host to give him improved reaction time. He easily deflected the demoness' daggers with his own. Before he could get a close counter in, she went out of range, but the other girl began attacking him. Her blades were charged with electricity, which was a bad idea when fighting someone like Zulu. As she swung, he grabbed her blades and happily took the electric shocks that she was feeding him. It didn't damage him in the slightest thanks to his inner systems absorbing the energy. Of course, what good was it if he didn't use it?

Kicking her away, he pointed a dagger at her. The stored electricity shot out in a concentrated arc towards Isis. Heh, she could have it all back. While his minions went to work on his targets, he used a Shadow Bolt to appear behind the succubus, evading Wolfram's Splinter attack. Six shock charges came with him and situated themselves around the pair, exploding shortly after the warping was complete. Just like with Isis' blades, Zulu absorbed all of the electricity that went to him and shot it all out at the succubus.

Nyx then decided to join in on the party, making himself known by extending his hands from Zulu's chest to grab the succubus' neck and leg, using sharp claws to make sure sh couldn't wriggle herself free.
